The mobile clinic provides spay/neuter, vaccine, and wellness services to underserved communities in Santa Barbara County. Financial assistance is available to those who need it.

Spay & Neuter Services

Dogs

  • 2–30 lbs. $180
  • 31–60 lbs. $205

Due to limited space in the mobile clinic, we are unable to provide surgery to dogs over 60 lbs. If your dog is over 60 lbs. or unable to fit comfortably in a standard kennel, please schedule an appointment at the Santa Barbara or Santa Maria clinic on the main clinic page.

Cats

  • Surgical drop-off time is at 8:00 AM for all locations.
  • Dog pick-up time is at 1:30 PM (Dogs that are overly anxious or stressed during recovery may be required to be picked up before 1:30 PM.)
  • Cat pick-up time is at 2:00 PM

Important Service Restrictions

  • Weight Limit: The mobile clinic can only accommodate dogs up to 60 pounds for spay/neuter surgeries. Larger dogs can receive these services at our Santa Barbara or Santa Maria clinics.
  • Age Restrictions: The mobile clinic cannot accept pets eight years or older for surgery, as they require pre-surgical bloodwork. These pets can still receive spay/neuter services at our Santa Barbara or Santa Maria clinics.
  • Regular REFILLS of flea/tick, heartworm and other medications are not provided at the mobile clinic
